We recommend all participants to arrive to Kuala Lumpur on 18th October 2009 before dinner and depart anytime on the 20th October 2009 after closing lunch (expected to end at 1500 hour).

SPONSORED PARTICIPANTS

Accommodation and travel for sponsored speakers and participants will be arranged and booked by the local appointed event coordinator; Conceptual Events. Government officials from developing Asian countries can apply for sponsorship of the European Commission. In principle we would like to sponsor one participant from each country's central bank and ministry of finance/economy. You can apply if you come from Myanmar, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, India, China, Pakistan and Mongolia.
